How to Collaborate on Links with Team Workspaces
URLNIX team workspaces let multiple people manage the same pool of short links from a shared dashboard. Everyone on the team can create links, view analytics, and manage campaigns — with role-based permissions that control what each person can change.
Inviting Team Members
- In your Dashboard, go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the invitee's email address and select their role (Admin or Member)
- Click Send Invitation
The invitee receives an email with a link to accept the invitation. Once accepted, they see the shared workspace in their URLNIX dashboard alongside any personal workspaces they have.

Shared Resources
All workspace members share:
- Links — all links are visible to and manageable by all members according to their role
- Campaigns — campaigns and their aggregate analytics are visible to all
- Custom domains — all members can create links using the workspace's custom domains
- Analytics — all click data is visible to all members
Activity and Audit Trail
All link creation, edits, and deletions within the workspace are logged with the team member's name who performed the action. Admins can view the activity log from Settings → Activity. This makes it easy to see who changed what and when — useful for large teams or agency workflows where multiple people manage client links.
Removing Members
To remove a team member, go to Settings → Team → click the member's row → Remove from workspace. Their access is revoked immediately. Their links remain in the workspace unchanged.
